A theatre geek since elementary school, Kate has impressed audiences with her range: musical theatre, drama, children’s theatre, and Shakespeare—as comedic relief, leading ladies, mercurial sprites, and control freaks on the verge of a breakdown.

Kate received at Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis on Vocal Performance. Her high mezzo-soprano voice is well-suited to musical theatre, modern art songs, jazz standards, and wedding repertoire. She plays piano, dabbles in ukulele, and has experience as a songwriter.

A self-described “clearance rack Temu Tina Fey,” Kate brings self-deprecation and awkwardness to stories of childhood, motherhood, and sex…hood. She has opened for nationally touring comics and been featured in local showcases. She is available for hosting/MCing and guest spots.

Kate’s theatrical experience combines with her way with words to create a compelling storyteller. She has spoken at events for the Cincinnati Chamber, Ursuline Academy, and her experience with nonprofits give her confidence and compassion in fundraising.
